Finding Light In The Midst Of Darkness!

Once you have experienced defeat, brokenness, heartache, loss of a loved one, or any other feeling of devastation, it is very difficult to jump up and get back into the swing of life. It’s difficult to move to and from as if you don’t feel a burden on your shoulder. Yes, it is great to hear the words of encouragement, but at the same time, you are still hurting. When you are at a very low point in your life, it is simply hard to look up and keep on going. It is at this broken place that God can use you the best. If you can just manage to open your mouth and call on the Lord, He will come to your rescue. You may not start feeling better right away, but the more you call His name, the closer He gets to you. The more you read His Word, the more strength you will gain.

The more you pray to Him, the more the right doors will begin to open in your

life. Just take it one day at a time with God. Wake up thanking Him no matter how you feel, wake up giving Him praise. Pray and talk to Him throughout your day. Go to bed thanking Him. You can get back up again because God will supply you with the healing you need. Life can be very strenuous at times and without God, facing all that life throws your way will cause you to fall into more distress. God desires to give you peace and comfort for all of your days. If you are in a dark place right now, make the best choice in calling on the name of the Lord and He will come to your rescue. The reason why God can use you at your darkest place is because it gives Him the opportunity to break off all of that negative stuff that is holding you in bondage. He will cleanse your heart and renew it. He will remove everyone that adds no measure whatsoever to your life. He will replace those people and the right people who will inspire you and motivate you will draw themselves to you. Indulge in reading God’s Word. Memorize some verses so that you can carry them with you throughout the day. Allow God to be your physician. One day at a time, with God, it is possible. I have tried Him for myself. And I still embrace His healing on today. When your heart begins to get heavy, call on Him. When tears begin to fall, call on Him. God will lighten the burden. God will dry your tears. Psalm 107:19 (NIV) states, “Then they cried to the Lord in their trouble, and He saved them from their distress.” I know that getting to the light again may seem impossible, but one day at a time with God will make it possible!
